Hey there! I just moved to my new apartment and I really want to remove the thing with the hose near my toilet. I just knew it’s name after reading your guide haha. Well anyways, I’ve taken basic plumbing before when I was in high school and I have some tools that my dad gave to me. I didn’t know how to remove this bidet and luckily, I found and read your guide about removing a bidet. Thank you for sharing this information and hope that your guide helps other people.

You’re article is very helpful! Although my bidet is not attached to the seat but its like a spray. Mine had water leaking, so I bought a new set and I didn’t call for the plumber to have it fixed. I did it on my own! I have no experience in plumbing but I think I did a good job. Now I will help my sis with her bidet attached to the seat. I’m going to follow your instructions. Thank you

Your guides are well put together and very informative there’s not a lot you can do to make anything luxurious about changing a toilet or its seat.

I’ve been a residential builder for over 40 years and I like your sites setup and the material is very informative and complete. Thank you.

Thank you for this DIY article. I love being able to know how to do my own work around my house and this guide will come in handy. It’s nice to know that you don’t always need to hire a handy man to do things around the house when you can find a step by step guide.

Toilets have always been the most complicated things to me, not to mention a biget toilet. Before I read this, if there is a problem with the piping system, my first reaction would be to either directly contact the landlord or the plumber. It seems like this is an easier job than I thought. I really thought I need some complicated machine that requires some kind of thick power cord. I can’t believe that it is as easy as using your a flat head screw driver and a wrench.

    Hi there,

You just saved me $150, that’s what I would have paid for a plumber if I wouldn’t have read this article! And I thank you for this! I could have asked my neighbor, but I didn’t want to feel I owe something to someone:) However, this guide will really help me remove the bidet toilet seat. Just would like to know if you will have more useful articles about other parts of the house apart from toilets?

Thank you for this excellent post!

You really helped me, I was just about to renovate my toilet and what I have already done, I changed the seat, but not the whole thing. Thanks to your description I’ll change the whole thing. Looks easier than I thought. I’ll let you know once it will be done! Thanks again.

Thank you for the practical advice. It can be very frustrating looking at a project where I do not know exactly where to start.

I can say that I do not mind following the instructions of those who have been in the same situation. Without this guide, it would have taken me longer and I surely would have made some mistakes. Thanks again!

I read your blog with interest as I have been involved in home improvements and house construction all my life. I thought you did a good and detailed job of explaining the procedure.

The only suggestion I would have is that you place some pictures throughout the blog. There may be some who are inexperienced and a picture would reinforce their ability to learn.
